Evaluation of Progress
- We evaluated, first of all, the expectations of every partner institution, their strong points and weak points, their needs and opportunities – to know exactly what they will follow within our general aims.
- We will evaluate the impact of the project by looking for evidence of influence from the project in teachers’ planning for learning.
- Staff groups will meet to evaluate the outcomes of each mobility and assess the measurable impact on the school.  This will be used to inform planning and input for future mobilities.
- A pupil group from each school will be involved in an element of the programme planning for visiting staff.  They will then meet to discuss their perceptions of the visit and what they have learnt because of the visit.  As the pupils with special educational needs may be less able to record their findings in the written word these pupil meetings will be filmed, taped or transcribed by staff.
- A pupil group from each school will be involved in miniprojects which have a single global aim: to learn about each other, about the traditions, history, geography of partner countries – working all at the same subjects and receiving the same type of information from the other groups of pupils. They will analyse, depends on their disabilities, the received materials.
- A final evaluation meeting of Co-ordinators will be planned in the final term of the project. This will bring together all outcomes and materials from individual institutions and will form the basis for dissemination of these materials for Continuing Professional Development within each participating country.
- We are using special evaluation instruments offered by National Agencies.
